• Worship Jesus --- giving something of value
• They presented to Him... Gifts -- worship with your treasure
• Your Treasure: a) Family --- bring them to church b) Talents & time - faithfully serve Him... ... with excellence

Heb 6:10 For God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you showed for His name when you served the saints — and you continue to serve them c) Finances -- Tithe & Offerings

Matt 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 5) Christmas pageant —— Christmas Song:

1. Sermon: What Will You Find this Christmas This Question is asked to kids... “what do you want for Christmas?” �� One little boy kept asking his dad “over & over” for a “watch” for Christmas. His dad eventually said, “If you mention that watch one more time, you’re not going to get it.” So the next evening the parents asked their son to pray at supper, and the little boy said, “Mom & Dad I’d like to quote a scripture before I pray”. So he quoted Mark 13:37 Which says... “And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

• Before Christmas people spend time searching for the perfect gift for their family.

But the very first Christmas over 2000 years ago, many people missed God’s gift �� because they were busy looking for other things.

• Politicians missed it
• The Hotel Inn keepers missed it
• Even the Religious establishment of the day missed the first Christmas. ( Because they were all busy looking at other things. )

The only people who enjoyed the first Christmas were those who were looking for it. Luke 2:12, 15 NKJ — Angels said... And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger. .... shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see....” vs 15 The shepherds found Jesus because their hearts were open to God

Later on another group —- The Wise Men found Him because they were seeking Him. Matt 2:1-2 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem,

saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” Question: What are the people in Cold Lake — and across Canada ���� going to find this Christmas?

• What are you relatives looking for...

Answer: People are going to find exactly what they are looking for. Matt 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. Matt 7:7-8 NKJ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. People are only going to find... what they are “seeking” for.
