Joseph was Blessed —- Heb 11:22 By faith Joseph, when he was dying, made mention of the departure of the children of Israel, and gave instructions concerning his bones. Joseph was the Kind of man... who REFUSED to let go of HIS DREAM. ... REFUSED.... to BECOME BITTER... OFFENDED
That is the KIND of MAN GOD can BLESS !
Joseph is known for his dream, which almost cost him his life. Ps 105:19 NLT Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character.
Gen 39:2-3 The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand Even in Prison But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison—— vs 21 The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's authority, because the Lord was with him; and whatever he did, the Lord made it prosper. Note He remained faithful through the difficult challenges.... he didn’t become offended, bitter. learn the importance of Patience / endurance through pressure and contrary circumstances in building character. God used unfavourable circumstances to build his character to make his dream a reality. He had to learn how to trust God and not lose faith. He may have doubted his dream, but it did not stop him from holding on to what he believed in. He had faith in himself and the God he served.
The scripture says God tested Joseph’s character, and he passed the test. Don’t give up; we are all being tested, and have the power to pass the test of character. Then we will see the entire purpose to dreams God placed in our hearts become realities! Ps 105:18 amp His feet they hurt with fetters; he was laid in chains of iron and his soul entered into the iron, James 1:2-4 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, —2 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. —-3 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.——4
