Teaching ——. Taking Your Place in Christ — I want to start with one of the most important verses on “IN CHRIST’— 2 Cor 5:17 Therefore, if anyone ( any man ) is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

• This is not talking about being —-“In church” ————-talking about being —- IN CHRIST

Note �� The moment you make Jesus the Lord of your Life The Bible now describes you as “IN CHRIST” You’re IN HIM You look a lot better “In Him”.... than you do “from a natural view-point”

2 Cor 5:16 NLT So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now!

Note — God now views you... through the “Blood of Jesus Christ” Resurrection side of the cross By Grace = finished work God see’s you with the SAME IDENTICAL —- Victory Authority Right Standing as Jesus Himself

vs 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Note — This is what God HAS DONE for all of us—-IN CHRIST This is what happened inside you.... when you made Jesus Christ Lord Saved....Born Again New Creation....In Christ

2 Cor 12:2 KJV I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

Note — Scholars believe that Paul was talking about “himself” I knew “a man In Christ” This means,... we are not just talking about “Paul’s experience” with Jesus Because...what happened to Paul, “really belongs to every person” In Christ. Paul’s revelation was not just written “for Paul”....it was written for very believer. Paul’s Revelation—-“the center of it” is... “What happened In Christ at “The Cross”

( Death, Burial & resurrection )

Revelation was... On the Cross... God was working “in Christ”... BUT God was working ON YOU. Everything God did IN CHRIST... on the cross He did it “FOR US”... and it was al SET to the CREDIT of our ACCOUNT We were IDENTIFIED with CHRIST. Note— You are Now a “New Creature In Christ”.... You need the Holy Spirit to Introduce You to the NEW YOU! You cannot know yourself.... apart from the H.S. Showing you through Scripture God has to Introduce you—-to your NEW SELF.

Therefore —- Every Believer Needs a REVELATION of Who they are IN CHRIST—- Because when you made Jesus your Lord.... NOW you are IN CHRIST

Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

God See’s you——IN CHRIST.... ( through the Blood ) BUT—-WE as Believers must RENEW our MINDS to SEE OURSELVES in the light of what God has already done for us In Christ. We must get clear revelation of what God did for us.... through Jesus Christ From the ( CROSS to the THRONE ) Paul’s letters contain.... The words Jesus Christ took with Him from this world ��....un-uttered

John 16:12 Passion, translation “There is so much more I would like to say to you, but it’s more than you can grasp at this moment. John 16:13-15 NKJ However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. —13 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. —14 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.—-15 Paul’s letters are.... the ADVANCED teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. In the John 16... Jesus said... I’ve got many things to say to you, but i cannot tell you now. Because it would be to hard for you to understand. But when the Holy Spirit comes, He will take everything that is mine and shall show it unto it unto you. Note— A lot of Christians don’t really understand that at the cross—-Jesus was made to BE SIN with our SIN so we could be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD In HIM. Righteousness = the same Identical Standing with God that Jesus Christ has himself. By the grace of God

1 Cor 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am....

• We are heirs of God
• Joint heirs with Christ = equally possession

Because we have equal position

God literally saw us “THERE”... in the death, burial & resurrection Identification with Christ
